We process account details, conversation content, product usage, purchases, device/browser signals needed for security, and media you intentionally create or upload. We do not sell private conversation content.
Information is used to provide conversations, maintain optional memories, deliver paid features, prevent abuse, operate billing, and improve reliability. Model training on your private chats must be opt-in rather than assumed.
Infrastructure providers may process data for hosting, authentication, payments, object storage, and model inference. Transfers outside your region follow the safeguards required by applicable law.
You can review and delete saved memories, export account data, clear conversations, change language preferences, and permanently delete your account from Account settings.
Conversations, memories, and uploaded media remain available while your account is active and can be deleted through product controls. Operational logs are normally retained for 30 days and reviewed moderation records for up to 12 months. Billing and tax records may be retained for up to 7 years where legally required. Account deletion removes service data unless a limited record must be preserved for fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
