Characters and their messages are generated fiction. They are not human, professional advisers, or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. Do not rely on companions for crisis support.
You may not use the service for exploitation, coercion, content involving minors, impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass safety or billing systems.
Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility must be shown before purchase. Credits currently do not expire while the account remains active. Material price or credit-policy changes require advance notice where required by law.
You remain responsible for portraits, prompts, and companion settings you create. We may remove or suspend content that violates these terms or local law, and may preserve limited records for safety reviews.
Features may change as the product evolves. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or legal requirements.
